Przemysław Janta – cooking is his way of life and cuisine is his passion which he keeps developing as he tries new flavours and combinations. He is a “phenomenon”, who keeps completing his culinary visions thanks to perseverance and persistence. He teaches, writes publications and gives interviews as well as cooking advice. He specializes in molecular gastronomy, French, Italian and Scandinavian cuisines. However, his biggest love is modern Polish cuisine. In his everyday life, he runs his own catering company which prepares big and small events. He is one of the chefs at Ulala Chef. In his free time he takes long hikes in the bosom of the nature to looks for new flavours and inspirations.
