Boris Mitic

Born in 1977 in Leskovac (southern Serbia). Lived on a few continents, settled back in Belgrade, worked for 5 years for top-level international media, understood a few things and dedicated the rest of his life to creative parenting, creative football and creative documentaries.

His three films were shown on 20 TV channels and over 150 festivals around the world, winning 25 awards.
Boris plays blitz chess for money, which he then spends on breakfast, writes satirical columns, lectures globally on the realpolitik of documentary film. His latest film “In Praise of Nothing” had its world premiere at the 70th Locarno Festival and was shown in Masters section at IDFA 2017.
